FOR STEEL AND CAST STEEL
SHAPE: SA
Featuring an innovative G-type file tooth structure, this carbide rotary burr significantly enhances sharpness and guidance, ensuring safe and precise operation. Its extremely high cutting performance enables the rotary file with the new-type tooth structure to achieve time-saving and highly cost-effective results.
Processing Advantages: Cutting performance on steel and cast steel is 30%–50% higher than that of traditional cross-cut file teeth. The improved tooth geometry significantly enhances edge sharpness, enabling large chip formation and superior cutting efficiency with lower thermal load, protecting both the workpieces and tools from damage.
